Project Blueprint Promotes Diverse Talent

A partnership between The Nonprofit Partnership and the United Way of Erie County, Project Blueprint has the expressed goal of developing more diverse talent for service on the Boards of Directors of Erie nonprofit organizations. Through a program of leadership development, education, and service, a class of twenty young leaders will place themselves in a position to lead and serve on area boards.
