Project Blueprint
A collaboration between The Nonprofit Partnership, the United Way of Erie County, and a variety of community partners, Project Blueprint has the expressed goal of developing more diverse talent for service on the Boards of Directors of Erie nonprofit organizations. Through a program of leadership development, education, and service, a class of twenty young leaders will place themselves in a position to lead and serve on area boards. Recruitment for the 2012 class which begins in the spring is now underway.
